Nicholas Moretto
General Manager
After being raised in the towing industry since birth, Nicholas attended UBCO and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with the goal of returning to the Mario’s Towing Group and become the succession plan for the business. Nicholas is the General Manager of Mario’s Towing Ltd. and oversees the entire operation to ensure high levels of customer service is maintained while operating a financially sound business. Nicholas has done everything from driving a wrecker to performing the dispatch function.
Kevin Blucke, CPA, CMA, CPA (Aust)
Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned accounting and management expert with over 30 years of experience in the field. Obtaining his CMA designation in 1998 and now possesses CPA, CMA, and CPA (Aust) designations, Kevin has continuously advanced his pursuit of further accounting knowledge. In 2016, Kevin joined the Mario's Towing Group as their financial and legal management executive, responsible for ensuring the overall success of the group.
Chad Bigattini
Human Resources Manager and OHSA Officer
Chad is a highly experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager with a strong background in workplace safety. With over 15 years of experience at WorkSafeBC, Chad has developed a deep understanding of the importance of safety in the workplace. In 2014, he joined Mario's Towing as the Human Resources Manager and OHSA Officer, bringing his expertise to the company. Chad's contributions were instrumental in Mario's Towing's inclusion in the WorkSafeBC PACE Safety Program, which recognizes companies that have achieved a high level of safety performance.
Tony Crescenzo
Operations Manager
Tony is an experienced Operations Manager with a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry. Over the years, he has successfully managed numerous teams and streamlined operations to increase efficiency and productivity. Tony has a deep understanding of the complexities of the automotive industry and has developed a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement. He is a natural problem-solver and has a talent for finding innovative solutions to even the most difficult challenges. Tony is dedicated to ensuring that all aspects of Mario's Towing's operations run smoothly and that his team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. His years of experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to Mario's Towing Ltd.
Craig Butts
Sales Manager
Craig is a seasoned sales professional with a wealth of automotive experience providing exceptional customer service. Throughout his many years in the automotive industry, he has built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure that his clients are satisfied with their service. Craig understands that the key to success in sales is building strong relationships with customers, and he takes the time to get to know each and every one of them. This personalized approach has earned him a loyal customer base and a track record of success. He is dedicated to delivering top-notch service and helping his clients achieve their goals.
Bhuban Khasnavis, MBA
Senior Accountant and Payroll Manager
Bhuban holds an MBA in Marketing & IT, which he completed in 2004. He has since worked in seven different industries, including well-known brands such as Pepsi and Yamaha. In 2015, he pursued and completed higher education in the field of accounting, gaining experience in an additional five industries before joining Mario's Towing. When he's not working, Bhuban enjoys pursuing his hobbies of photography, music, and exploring new cultures and countries.
Drivers and Staff
Currently, Mario’s Towing Ltd. employs one hundred eight (108) staff in its eight (8) divisions throughout the interior of British Columbia.
Mario’s Towing Ltd.’s team is comprised of highly experienced tow truck operators, some of which have been with the company since the beginning. Though we started with one truck and one driver (Mario himself), we have grown into the largest towing company in the area.
Mario’s understands that keeping staff long-term is key to high quality service delivery. Mario’s employees are also the most certified and trained in the industry. Each are WRECKMASTER trained in Towing and Recovery. Wreckmaster is the world’s largest organization dedicated to the professional development of tow operators and owners. Mario’s is so dedicated to training that it hosts these sessions at its locations for the Kelowna area.
